Cancellation & Refunds — Draft

Monthly renewal and cancellation

The planned subscription is $12.99 USD per month including applicable sales tax and renews monthly until canceled. Use Manage subscription in the app to cancel renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself issue a refund or immediately end already-paid access. Access continues through the paid-through date.

No general refund window

Subscription payments, including initial payments and renewals, are nonrefundable. No refunds or credits are provided for unused or partial subscription periods, except to correct billing errors or where required by applicable law. There is no general refund window. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.

Billing errors and required refunds

Contact fourfourtydesigns+help@gmail.com about duplicate charges, billing errors or legally required refunds. Include the account email and relevant invoice reference. Do not email full card details, passwords or security codes.

Failed payments

If renewal fails, paid features become unavailable until payment is resolved. Your existing drawing is preserved, and your lifetime free allowance is not reset. Use Manage subscription to review payment details and outstanding invoices.

Owner-approved refund approach; professional review, final checkout disclosures and live billing configuration remain pending.
