Who provides the service

440 DESIGNS LLC, using the name 440 Designs, provides Custom Plumbing Solutions Isometric Designer.

Drawing tool, not professional approval

The service helps create plumbing drawings. It does not provide engineering advice, permit approval, or a guarantee of compliance with building or plumbing codes. You are responsible for verifying sizing, dimensions, symbols, connections and exports and obtaining required professional review and approvals.

Accounts and drawings

Google sign-in is required. One active session is allowed per account; you may explicitly replace another session. Do not misuse accounts, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

You retain ownership of your drawings and must have permission to use materials you supply. The service needs permission to process your drawings to provide its features. Keep backup copies: browser recovery and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.

Free allowance

Free access includes 15 lifetime pipe sections across your account. Branch splits count toward the allowance. Deleting sections, starting a new drawing, signing out or changing devices does not reset it. Free accounts cannot save to Google Drive or export using the app's paid workflows. Local browser recovery is not an off-device backup.

Planned paid subscription

The approved launch price is $12.99 USD per month, including applicable sales tax, with automatic monthly renewal until canceled. Paid access includes unlimited drawing sections, saving and exporting. Initial sales are planned for U.S. customers only; checkout eligibility and tax configuration are still pending.

Cancel through Manage subscription. Access continues through the paid-through date. A failed renewal removes paid access until payment is resolved without deleting the existing drawing.

Items awaiting review

Legal review is pending for warranties, liability, governing law, disputes, eligible users, suspension, termination, notices, price changes and service discontinuation. No arbitration requirement or rights waiver has been approved. This draft does not establish legal compliance.

Five-user company package (test only)

The company package is $40 USD monthly including applicable sales tax and includes five named users: the owner plus four members with separate Google logins. Pending invitations reserve seats. A confirmed active team subscription is required before company creation. Creating the company completes setup without another charge. A personal subscription must end before buying a team plan or accepting a company invitation; subscriptions are not automatically canceled or refunded. Owner plan changes and ownership transfers require support.

Company-provided access requires accepted membership and an eligible paid company subscription. Removing a member or loss of paid eligibility ends company-provided access after verification, without deleting drawings. Independent complimentary access is unaffected. Membership does not grant, transfer, or revoke Google Drive permissions. Shared-folder storage is not included. All checkout remains test-only with no real charges.
